Angela Hagen shared the award for 2021 Co-Citizen of the Year in Seminole County with Moses James. She is in the process of building Southwest Georgia’s Animal Rescue Alliance for Seminole and surrounding counties for homeless cats and dogs. Spay and neutering will be an important goal as that is the best way to give animals a promising future. Neighbors are encouraged to help with adopting rescues when offering a forever home. This effort will need the assistance of the nearby counties to work together to make a safer world for our cats and dogs. They depend on us to help provide a healthy future for them. And one day Seminole County may only have pets that are wanted.
